This project focused on leading the creative strategy and execution for Medco Health Solutions’ inaugural genetic testing education campaign. The objective was to clearly communicate how genetics influence prescription drug response and treatment outcomes, making personalized medicine accessible and understandable to a broad audience.
Working closely with Medco’s medical and research leadership teams, the campaign centered around a custom educational video designed to demonstrate both the clinical and economic value of genetic testing. Messaging emphasized improved patient outcomes while highlighting measurable benefits for healthcare organizations adopting personalized medicine programs.
Within six months of launch, the program enrolled more than 100 clients representing over four million covered lives, establishing personalized medicine as a scalable and strategic healthcare offering.
