Healthcare communication often requires translating complex medical information into clear, approachable messaging that supports understanding and informed decision-making. Direct mail plays an important role in delivering personalized information in a format that feels both accessible and actionable.
This genetic testing direct mail campaign was developed to educate pharmacy benefit members and provide clear next steps related to personalized Tamoxifen therapy. The materials were designed to simplify complex clinical information while maintaining clarity, sensitivity, and trust throughout the communication.
Through thoughtful creative direction, design, and custom illustration, the campaign combined educational content with engaging visuals to support comprehension and encourage appropriate follow-up actions.
