Athletic programs rely on strong branding and consistent communication to build recognition, attract athletes, and strengthen community engagement. A clear identity combined with focused digital communication helps programs grow while reinforcing culture and credibility.
This project focused on developing a brand identity and social media rollout strategy for the Blackhawks Lacrosse program. The goal was to create a cohesive visual and messaging framework that would increase visibility, strengthen engagement, and support roster growth.
A structured three-month rollout plan established consistent branding across social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and X, while also providing direction for email communication and template development. The unified approach helped clarify the program’s message and improve how it connected with athletes and families throughout the season.
The result was a stronger and more recognizable program identity, contributing to significant growth and increased enrollment during the first year following implementation.
